What is the Grading System?

We have a grading system for most of our products. We sometimes receive products that are returns from manufacturers and sometimes display items. Therefore when we receive them we fully inspect them and work out a grade for it to list on this website.

How long will my delivery take?

We use a few different delivery services, to know more about how long your order will take please check the shipping page.

Do you dispatch over the weekends?

We are closed over the weekends, so if you're coming to collect you will need to come between Monday and Friday, 9am to 4.30pm.

If you placed an order on Friday before 1pm via Express Delivery it will be delivered on Monday, Tuesday at the latest.

If you placed an order after 1pm on Friday then we will dispatch this on Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage.

Is there a warranty with my order?

This refers back to the grading system. For items that are Grade A brand new, you will get full manufacturers warranty. As for the other grades you will receive 30 days as standard. Please check the Terms & Conditions for more information.

I want to collect my order, what are your opening times?

You are more than welcome to collect if this is the method you have chosen at the checkout.

We are open Monday to Friday from 9am - 4.30pm. Our address is listed on the contact us page.

How can I return my item?

If you wish to return any goods you will need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we will give you a Returns Reference.

You will need to add your order number and tell us why you'd like to return the goods.

If goods are faulty or the wrong item has been dispatched, they can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. All goods returned will only be accepted with a Returns Reference Number. We will NOT refund your postage costs unless the item is faulty or there is an error with delivery.

If the goods have been dispatched as ordered and are not faulty, they can be returned for a refund. All returns must be organised within 14 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to post the items back to us if dissatisfied with the purchase unused, with their original packaging and be accompanied by a copy of the Invoice.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order please email enquiries@tentspares.co.uk with your name and order number.

You are free to cancel your order for any reason at any time prior to dispatching the goods to you for a full refund.
